Zahrat Al Waha appoints Ahmed Altheyab as Chairman, Taha Azhari as Vice Chairman

Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co.'s board of directors, in a meeting held on Dec. 26, appointed Ahmed Hammoud Altheyab as Chairman and Taha Mohammed Azhari as Vice Chairman, according to a bourse statement.

 

The board also approved the formation of the nomination and remuneration committee.

 

The committee members are Taha Mohammed Azhari, Turky Naser Alshaher and Mahmoud Mohamed Al Ghamri.

 

The board also approved the appointment of the board secretary and the company’s representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Tadawul Group for all purposes related to the Capital Market Law application.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, the ordinary general Assembly of Zahrat Al Waha agreed, during its meeting last November, to elect the members of the board of directors for the next session, started on Dec. 26, for a period of three years, where six members were elected.
