Riyad Bank shareholders elect board members for new 3-year term

Riyad Bank’s shareholders approved electing members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting on Oct. 31, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Oct. 23.

 

The new board includes Ibrahim Hassan Sharbatly, Jamal Al-Rammah, Abdul Rahman Al Thehaiban, Abdullah Mohammed Al-Issa, Omar Hamad Almadhi, Mutaz Kusai Al Azzawi, Mona Mohammed Al Tawil, Nader Ibrahim Al-Wehibi, Hani Abdullah Aljehani, and Yasir Abdullah Alsalman.

 

Shareholders also approved the formation of the audit committee for the same term, as well as determined its tasks, work procedures, remuneration for its members, and their membership period.

 

The audit committee includes Jamal Abdulkareem Al- Rammah (Committee Chairman), Mona Al Tawil, Tareq Abdullah Al-Qaraawy, Eid Faleh Al Shamri, Wadhaah Ibrahim Mubarak.

 

Shareholders approved granting the board of directors the authority of the OGM, according to the Companies Law, for a period of one year from approval date or until the end of the delegated board term, whichever is earlier.
