East Pipes inks SAR 81 mln supply contract with Ibrahim Al Sayegh & Sons

East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry sealed today, May 14, a supply contract with Abdullah Ibrahim Al Sayegh & Sons Co. at a total value of around SAR 81 million (inclusive of value-added tax).

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the steel pipe maker said the agreement, which entails the supply of steel water transmission pipelines to Petrojet, is valid for five months.

 

There are no related parties, the company added, explaining that the relevant financial impact is set to appear in Q2 and Q3 2023/24.
