Watani Steel reappoints Abdul Karim Alrajhi as Chairman, Yousef Alturaif Managing Director

Watani Iron Steel Co.’s (Watani Steel) board of directors re-appointed Abdul Karim Alrajhi as Chairman and named Meshaal Alrajhi as Deputy Chairman.  

In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that Yousef Alturaif (executive member) was appointed Managing Director. 

Yazid Al Marzouq was named as the board secretary. 

Moreover, the audit committee was formed, with Yasser Alzoman as Chairman and Mashari Alrajhi and Faisal Al-Obaid as members (remove extra space plz), the statement added. 

Alturaif and Al Marzouq were also appointed as the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
