Saudi Arabia’s market regulator, the Capital Market Authority (CMA), has referred a claim made against a board member of Al Tayyar Travel Group to Saudi Arabia’s bureau of investigation and public prosecution.
The board member in question was said to have violated the CMA’s disclosure policy.
The Saudi firm was also fined SAR 200,000 for not complying with various listing rules.
