Sahara Petrochemical appoints Al Zamil as board chairman

Sahara Petrochemical Co. has appointed Abdulaziz Al Zamil as chairman of the company’s board of directors and elected members for its executive, audit, nomination and remuneration subcommittees.

 

The decisions came during the firm’s meeting on Wednesday, the petrochemicals manufacturer said in a statement to Tadawul.
