Zahrat Al Waha to pay dividend for FY17 on May 6

Zahrat al Waha Trading Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017on May 6, 2018.

Shareholders of record on April 22, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

Last week, the company’s general assembly has approved a 10 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017, at SAR 1 per share, amounting to SAR 15 million.
