Thimar postpones general assembly on lack of quorum

National Agriculture Marketing Co. (Thimar) had to postpone its first ordinary general assembly meeting on Sunday due to lack of quorum, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The firm will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals, the statement added.
