Nama Chemicals appoints new acting CEO

Nama Chemicals Co.’s board of directors has terminated the company’s chief executive, Abdullah Bin Ouda Al Enazi effective from Aug. 25, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board has also appointed Mohammed Bin Abdullah Al Mansour as an acting CEO starting from Aug. 26, 2019.

 

Al Mansour has over 30 years of experience in the fields of operating, engineering and organizational consultancies at Saudi Aramco.

 

He also worked as an organizational development consultant for the Ministry of Health, a visiting consultant in the United States and as a CEO in the private sector, the statement added.
