Saudi Fisheries Co.’s (Alasmak) shareholders approved electing nine board members for the three year-term, starting on Oct. 25, 2020 and ending on Oct. 24, 2023, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on Oct. 20, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.
The board members include Omar Al-Madi, Bakr Al Muhanna, Abdullah Al Mhadhil , Abdel Majeed Al Sheikh, Abdulaziz Al Owaid, Mansour Al Sagheer, Haitham Al Qusaibi, Samir Haddad and Mazin Al Alami.
