Al-Samaani to debut on Tadawul on Dec. 10

Al-Samaani Factory for Metal Industries Co. will start trading on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday, December 10, 2020, with symbol 1832 under the commercial and professional industry group, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.


The stock’s daily fluctuation limit stands at 10%.


Tadawul approved on Dec. 3, 2020 the company's request to transfer its shares from the parallel market to the main market.


Early in November, Al-Samaani submitted a request to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) for transition to the main market, according to Argaam's available data.


Al-Samaani was listed on Nomu in February 2017 with SAR 25 million in capital.


The stock ended its last trading session on Nomu at SAR 247.
