GASCO to receive SAR 50.4 mln share in subsidiary's Q4 2020 dividend

National Gas and Industrialization Co. (GASCO) announced that the board of its subsidiary, National Industrial Gases Co. (GAS), approved distributing cash dividends for Q4 2020 on Dec. 28, 2020, according to a bourse statement.

 

GASCO, which owns 9% of capital in GAS, said its share in the subsidiary's cash dividends is SAR 50.4 million. This will reflect positively on GASCO’s 2020 financial statements.

 

Accordingly, GASCO's total share of FY 2020 cash dividends reaches SAR 63 million.
