Al-Khodari says Dammam court approves deadline extension for financial reorganization proposal submission

Abdullah A.M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. announced that the Commercial Court in Dammam approved the company’s request of extending the deadline for submitting the proposal for financial reorganization.

 

The company said in a bourse statement that the court approved to grant an additional period extending until Ramadan 17/9/1442H for submitting the proposal.

 

It is currently difficult to determine the financial impact and developments from the procedures of the financial restructure, the statement said.

 

Any impact will be disclosed in due time.
