Al-Khodari unable to disclose Q1 2021 financials on time

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. announced it was unable to post its financial statements for the three months ending March 31, 2021 on time, according to a bourse filing.

 

The company attributed this delay to its inability to publish its preliminary financial results for the periods ending March 31, 2019, June 30, 2019, Sept. 30, 2019, and annual financials ending on Dec. 31, 2019, in addition to the preliminary financial results for the periods ending March 31, 2020, June 30, 2020, Sept. 30, 2020, and annual financial results ending on Dec. 31, 2020 on due time.

 

Any developments in this regard will be announced in due course, the statement added.
