Banan Real Estate approves 2.5% cash dividend for H1 2021

Shareholders of Banan Real Estate Co. approved a 2.5% interim cash dividend for the first half of 2021, at SAR 0.25 per share, amounting to SAR 5 million, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Oct. 20, the company said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders also approved authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividend on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

In a separate statement, the company said that dividend will be distributed automatically starting from Thursday, Nov. 4, through Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa).
