Al Jouf Cement shareholders to vote on amending some articles of association Jan. 20

Al Jouf Cement Co.'s shareholders will discuss amending some articles of association, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on Jan. 20, 2022, according to a bourse statement.

 

They will vote on amending Article No. 4 on participation and ownership in companies, Article No. 3 on the company's objectives, and Article No. 46 on dividend payout.
