Sadr Logistics’ Chief Executive resigns, Al-Samaani named as acting CEO

The board of directors of Sadr Logistics Co. approved the resignation of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Abdulrahman Ibrahim Al-Hadlaq, effective as of Feb. 7, 2022, according to a bourse filing.

 

The board further delegated Bandar Bin Mohammed Al-Samaani as an acting CEO, effective the same date.

 

Al-Samaani holds a Master's in Business Administration, and has more than 20 years of experience in the field of investment, industry, business development and corporate transformation.

 

He is one of the founders of Al-Samaani Factory for Metal Industries Co., which is currently known as Sadr Logistics Co., and held the position of the CEO for more than 20 years
