GASCO shareholders to vote on interim dividends for 2022 on June 27

National Gas and Industrialization Co.’s (GASCO) shareholders will vote on authorizing the board to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled on June 27, according to a bourse filing.

 

They will also determine the disbursement and due date in accordance with the regulatory rules and procedures issued under the Companies Law in line with the firm’s financial position, cash flows, and expansion and investment plans.

 

The company’s board of directors declared a 15% cash dividend, at SAR 1.50 per share, for 2021, according to data available with Argaam.

 

The e-voting will start from June 23 via Tadawulaty services.
