Al Jouf Cement’s Chairman resigns, named as part-time consultant

Al Jouf Cement Co.’s board of directors approved the resignation of Chairman, Mohamed Saeed Attia (non-executive), appointing him as a part-time consultant until the end of the current board term on Aug. 5, 2023.

 

The resignation, which was tendered due to personal reasons, will take effect on July 31, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Attia was appointed as the company’s chairman in August 2020, Argaam reported.
