MEPCO finalizes liquidation of Special Achievements

Middle East Paper Co.’s (MEPCO) announced today, Aug. 7, the completion of the required procedures for liquidating its wholly-owned subsidiary, Special Achievements Co. LLC.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, MEPCO added that the company's commercial registration was canceled by the Ministry of Commerce.

 

In Nov. 2021, MEPCO’s board of directors approved the start of liquidation procedures of Special Achievements, with a capital of SAR 100,000.

 

The company clarified that Special Achievements no longer serves any legal or commercial purpose in the group, adding that wholly-owned Waste Collection & Recycling Co. Ltd. (WASCO) would carry out all related operations.
