JAZADCO stops second water bottling production line, sees SAR 5.97 mln financial impact

Jazan Energy and Development Co.’s (JAZADCO) board of directors approved on Dec. 29 the permanent halt of the second production line of 12 liters in its plant for bottling healthy drinking water. 

 

The company stated in a statement on Tadawul that this comes due to market conditions and its economic inefficiency, as a result of low demand amid higher production costs. 

 

This suspension will have a limited impact of SAR 5.97 million on 2022 financials.
