Edaa implements securities quantity increase for Electrical Industries

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) applies the increase in the number of Electrical Industries Co.'s shares to the accounts of eligible shareholders today, July 3, according to a Tadawul statement. 

  

Recently, shareholders of Electrical Industries approved the board's proposal to increase capital by 25% through a bonus issue at one share for every four shares held, Argaam reported earlier.
