Red Sea International CEO resigns, Marwan Sayegh takes helm

Red Sea International Co.’s (RSI) announced today, Nov. 19, the resignation of its CEO, Khalid Fagih, due to personal reasons. The resignation is effective as of today, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Based on a recommendation from the nomination and remuneration committee, the company’s board of directors approved appointing Marwan Sayegh as the new CEO, effective on the same date.

 

Sayegh brings extensive experience in facility management with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and strategic growth, the statement added.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, RSI appointed Khalid Fagih as CEO on May 1, 2021, to replace Tareq Telmesani.
