Go Extends the MOU With Mobily For 90 Days

Etihad Atheeb Telecom (GO) announced today on tadawul that Bayanat (mobily) and the GO founding shareholders have agreed to cancel any exclusivity undertakings between the MoU parties and to extend the MOU by 90 days till 30 April 2014.
The MoU was signed on 20 August 2013 for the possibility of acquiring some interest in GO by Bayanat.
