SIDC shareholders approve updated board policies

Saudi Industrial Development Co.’s (SIDC) ordinary general assembly on Dec. 28 has approved updated board membership policies, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders also approved the updated charter for the nominations and remuneration committee, as well as the remuneration policy for the board, committees and executive management.
