Al Ahsa postpones EGM on lack of quorum

Al Ahsa Development Co. was forced to postpone its extraordinary general assembly meeting on Sunday due to a lack of quorum, it said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul.

 

The company will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals.
