Astra recommends withholding FY 2018 dividend

Astra Industrial Group’s board of directors has recommended to hold off issuing a cash dividend for fiscal year 2018.

 

The step aims to support the company’s future activities and boost its solvency margin.

 

The decision is pending approval by the company’s general assembly.
