Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Group’s board member resigns

Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group (HMG) announced in a bourse statement that its board and audit committee member, Samer Saeed Mohammed Jundi, resigned from his position, citing personal reasons. 

 

The company appointed Dr. Nabil bin Mohammed Omar Al-Amoudi as a new board member, effective from today, March 30.

 

Al-Amoudi is currently a member of Saudi Aramco’s board of directors since 2019, and holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Stanford University.

 

The appointment is subject to the approval of the general assembly.
