Nama Chemicals Co.’ shareholders approved audited financial statements as well as board and audit reports for the fiscal year 2019, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on June 9, 2020, it said in a bourse statement.
They also approved appointing AlKharashi & Co. as an external auditor to audit financial statements for Q2, Q3, Q4, and FY2020, in addition to discharging board members from liabilities for FY2019.
Shareholders further endorsed the appointment of Faeiz A. Al-Ahmari, Ahmed A. Al-Quseiby, Feras A. Al-Haggag, Essam Abdul Aziz Al Qusaibi, and Abdullah H. Al-Sabeel as independent board members until the end of the current term on February 16, 2022.
