Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co. said that the audit committee member, Sultan Abdulrauf, submitted his resignation on July 25, 2020, due to personal reasons.
The resignation was accepted by the board of directors on the same date and will become effective from July 26, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.
Abdulrauf was appointed as audit committee member on March 24, 2020.
