Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Co.’s board of directors approved appointing Azzam Saud Almudaiheem as an executive board member and Musaed Abdullah AlQasim as an independent board member.
The decision is effective from today, October 1, 2020, until the end of the current board term on May 24, 2022 and subject to the approval of the company’s general assembly, the company said in a bourse statement.
