Saudi investors traded US stocks worth SAR 234.9 billion through capital market institutions in 2021, a decline of 27% compared with SAR 323.4 billion a year earlier.

Accordingly, Saudi trades in US stocks witnessed the first annual decline in years.

Saudi trades in US stocks during the fourth quarter of 2021 reached SAR 46.2 billion – the lowest on a three-month basis in two years.
