The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved today, Sept. 12, a request by Albilad Investment Co. to sell units of Albilad Multi-Asset Balanced Fund in an initial public offering (IPO).
Investors should study the fund terms and conditions before making any investment decisions and seek advice from the fund manager, the market regulator said in a statement.
The CMA's approval should not be considered as a recommendation to subscribe to the fund, as its decision only means that legal requirements, as per the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations, have been satisfied.
