Kingdom Holding Co. (KHC) and the private office of Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal (PO) announced today, Oct. 28 the roll over of their existing ownership, or 34.95 million shares, valued at SAR 7 billion in Twitter, to the new Twitter company.
KHC and PO are jointly the second largest investor after Elon Musk, the company said in a statement received by Argaam.
This deal is in line with the KHC’s long-term investment strategy.
