Ministry of Education maintains 3-semster system for academic year 2024-25

The Ministry of Education announced the calendar of the upcoming academic year 2024-25, maintaining the three-semester system.
 

The best academic system, whether two or three semesters, will be determined for the remaining four years at the end of the academic year. The general timeframe of the academic year will be maintained at no less than 180 days.

 

The upcoming academic year will include eight weeks for summer vacation. The first semester will begin on Aug. 18, 2024, the second will start on Nov. 17, 2024, while the last one will begin on March 2, 2025 and end on June 26, 2025.
