The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced the results of its inspection and oversight campaigns on recruitment offices and companies during the first quarter of 2025, which resulted in the withdrawal of licenses from five offices and the suspension of 10 others.
Licenses were rescinded due to violations of the rules governing recruitment practices and the provision of labor services, the failure to meet the minimum approved performance requirements or comply with shelter standards and requirements, and the failure to correct these violations within the awarded grace period, the ministry stated.
Suspensions were based on violations of recruitment practices, delay in processing complaints related to refunds to clients, and failure to comply with shelter standards and requirements.
The ministry stressed that these measures are part of its ongoing efforts to develop the recruitment sector in the Kingdom, raise its efficiency, and enhance the protection of the rights of all stakeholders.
