Al Aziziah REIT Fund will go ex-dividend today, April 7.

 

Fund manager Wasatah Capital earlier announced the distribution of a 0.9% cash dividend, or SAR 0.09 per unit, to the fund's unitholders, for Q1 2026.

 

The dividend will be paid within 35 days from the record date.
