Saudi Transportation Ministry considers building another station in Makkah- Madina railway line

The Saudi government is considering adding a station to the 450-KM long railway line between Makkah and Madina, Transportation Minister Jabarah Al-Sariri was quoted as saying in al Madina newspaper.

 

Up to 90 percent of the work in the current 4 stations is completed, he added.

 

The Makkah-Madina railway has 5 stations: downtown Jeddah, King Abdelaziz airport, Makkah, Madina and King Abdullah Economic City in Rabegh, according to Argaam.
