Saudi Arabia's judicial council to establish real estate courts: Report

The Supreme Judicial Council of Saudi Arabia issued a decree to establish real estate courts specialized in solving property disputes, a source told Al-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper. 

 

The source indicated that the SJC issued the decree due to the high number of property-related disputes flocking to the kingdom’s courts. 

 

Saudi’s justice ministry also advised establishing such courts to solve the disputes, the source added. 

 

The source explained that real estate courts work to solve property disputes, real estate deals, and other related matters.
