Dubai’s Aramex inks deal with NewBridge Pharmaceuticals

Dubai-listed Aramex has announced a partnership agreement with NewBridge Pharmaceuticals, also based in the emirate, under which it will provide logistics services for the company in the Middle East, Canada and the UK.

Under the deal, Aramex will manage the logistics of patient samples across clinics and hospitals for advanced clinical testing, the company said in a statement to Dubai Financial Market (DFM), without disclosing the value of the agreement.

Aramex will also provide temperature-controlled storage and transportation of medication from distribution hubs in the UK and Canada to healthcare facilities in the Middle East and Africa.

In addition, Aramex will handle customs clearance, secondary packaging, labeling, vaulting, and guarded transport services for NewBridge, the statement added.
