ACE changes name to Chubb Arabia after acquisition

ACE Arabia Cooperative Insurance Co has officially changed its name to Chubb Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company after acquiring Chubb.

 

Chubb is one of the world’s largest publicly traded property and casualty insurers, the company said on its website. It operates in 54 countries and provides casualty insurance, personal accident and supplemental health insurance, as well as personal property insurance, among other insurance products.

 

Last June, the insurer’s board of directors had recommended changing the company’s name after the acquisition.
