Riyadh-Based Arab Sea Information Systems Co. is considering listing on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) within two years, Khaled Shebly, arranging and finance manager at KASB Capital, the financial advisor for the company, told CNBC Arabia.
The company will focus now on meeting the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) requirements, he added.
The company’s shares are attracting qualified investors, as it is the only information systems firm in both the main Saudi stock market and Nomu Parallel Market, Shebly said.
Last month, the CMA had approved the company’s IPO prospectus on the Nomu Parallel Market.
