Hail Cement Company will pay dividend for the second half of 2016 on May 24, 2017, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Monday.
Shareholders of record on May 10, and those registered at the Securities Depository Center on May 14, are eligible to receive the dividend.
In February, the cement firm’s board of directors recommended a 4 percent cash dividend for H2 2016 at SAR 0.4 per share, amounting to SAR 39.16 million. This takes the total dividend for full year 2016 to SAR 0.90 per share.
