Saudi Fisheries shareholders to elect audit committee on Feb. 28

Saudi Fisheries Co. (SFICO) has invited its shareholders to attend a general assembly meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 28, to elect members of the audit committee, the company said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders will also vote on the updated charters for the nominations and remunerations committee and the audit committee.

In addition, the general assembly will vote on updated policies for board membership and the remuneration policy for board members and executives.
