Alamar’s profit rises to SAR 28.5M in 9M 2025; Q3 at SAR 15.4M

Alamar Foods Co. reported a net profit before minority interest of SAR 28.5 million in the first nine months of 2025, up from SAR 14.3 million a year earlier.

The profit growth was driven by higher sales resulting from marketing initiatives and improved service quality. These efforts helped mitigate the negative impact of the currency depreciation in Egypt.

 

In addition, management’s measures to enhance the flexibility of the cost structure, achieve a balance between variable and fixed costs, and focus on operational development and service improvement also contributed to the company’s overall performance.

In Q3 2025, Alamar’s net profit declined by 19.6% to SAR 15.41 million, from SAR 19.15 million in Q3 2024.

 

On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, net earnings, however, jumped 3.4% from SAR 14.9 million in Q2 2025.

 

Total shareholders’ equity, after minority interest, amounted to SAR 293.62 million as of Sept. 30, 2025, from SAR 293.63 million a year earlier.
