Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co. reported a 9% increase in net profit to SAR 73 million in the first nine months of 2025, compared to SAR 67.1 million a year earlier.

The profit growth was driven by higher sales, supported by increased sales volumes in the industrial segment and wheat crop sales. Zakat expenses also declined.

 

This came despite higher selling, distribution, general and administrative expenses, increased financing costs, lower other income, and unrealized losses from the valuation of investments at fair value through profit or loss.

In the third quarter of 2025, Al-Jouf Agricultural’s net profit rose 6.9% to SAR 19.93 million from SAR 18.64 million in Q3 2024.

 

The third-quarter net profit improved by 8.2% from SAR 18.42 million in Q2 2025.

 

Shareholders’ equity, with no minority interest, rose to SAR 791.9 million by the end of the nine-month period from SAR 748.2 million a year earlier.
