Halwani Bros. Co. reported a net profit of SAR 27 million in the first nine months of 2025, rising 2.7% from SAR 26.3 million in 9M 2024.

The 9M 2025 earnings were supported by a decrease in general and administrative expenses, realizing other income and the reversal of provisions that were no longer required.

 

The 9M 2024 results were affected by the depreciation of the exchange rate of the subsidiary’s currency in Egypt, following the Central Bank of Egypt’s decision to liberalize the exchange rate.
