Batic Investments and Logistics Co. reported a net profit of SAR 23.4 for the first nine months of 2025, compared with SAR 57,000 in the year-earlier period.

Real estate investment revenues increased by 1,721%, mainly due to the commencement of sales in the Al-Khozama plan project in Madinah owned by the subsidiary, Batic Real Estate Co. Approximately 29% of the total saleable area of the project has been sold.
Revenues from the security guards and facilities management segments increased by 20% and 22%, respectively, driven by expansion into new projects.
This was offset by a decrease in smart parking segment revenues by 75%, ATM feeder revenues (-10%), and CIT revenues (-5%).
Operating profit increased by 157% year-on-year (YoY) in 9M 2025 to SAR 37.6 million, and net other income jumped 161% YoY to SAR 3 million. In addition, finance costs decreased by 24% and Zakat expenses fell 38% YoY to SAR 3.3 million.
Meanwhile, the company said despite the 94% decrease in unrealized gains from investments measured at fair value through profit or loss, the unrealized gains during the current period amounted to SAR 0.6 million, compared to SAR 9.1 million in the same period of the previous year.
In Q3 2025, Batic reported a net profit of SAR 9.4 million, against a net loss of SAR 792,000 in Q3 2024, driven mainly by a 19% increase in revenues.
On a quarterly basis, Q3 net earnings soared from SAR 1.60 million in Q2 2025.
