Bahri reappoints chairman, vice chairman

The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) reappointed Mohammed Abdulaziz AlSarhan as chairman of the board of directors and Abdulmalik Abdullah Al-Hogail as vice chairman for the new three-year term starting Jan. 16, 2020.

 

Al-Hogail was also named as head of the audit committee, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

In addition, Bahri’s shareholders formed the nomination and the renumeration committee.
