AXA Cooperative appoints vice chairman

AXA Cooperative Insurance Co. appointed Nicholas De Nizali (a non-executive board member) as vice chairman of the board, following the approval from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA).

 

The insurer said in a bourse statement that it received SAMA’s approval email on May 20, and the appointment is effective from the same date.

 

Professor Nicholas holds a master’s degree in financial management and insurance, apart from an extensive experience in the field of insurance, the statement added.
